Memories of Summer

Act 4: Valentine

So we left the café and went out for a walk. A lot of couples were on the street and we were going out as friends. Fine with me. I'm not abig fan of Valentines anyway.

Our connection was instant. It was amazing.

Amazing how we have a lot in common. Its just… too much to be pure coincidence

We are both big eaters. Both big fans of Harry Potter who haven't seen the last film yet. We planned to rent it on tape but that never happened of course.  And oh, she's also fluent in Japanese so we spent half the afternoon talking in a foreign language about food and people passing by.

But you know what's really amazing? We found out that we were both members of the same photography club. Maybe that's why she said I looked familiar. I wonder why we never met before. She's too… too eye-catching to not notice.

Valentines day, for the first time in my life was so much fun and memorable. So much fun that I was already home when I remembered that I promised to meet Victoria. I called her up to say sorry that I forgot about our dinner. Then I called Summer  to say good night and yes, happy Valentines.

Happy Valentines Summer.
